As per records Dr. Ambashankar M. Vyas (I.M.D.) was born on 24 June 1876. He started his carrier on 9 Aug. 1897 which is at the age of 21. He was Sub-Assistant Surgeons and Subadar-Major and Hony. Lieutenant in India Medical Department. The last record found regarding his service is January 1931 which means that he retired at the age of 55 years.

Dr. Ambashankar M. Vyas (I.M.D.) was married to Godavri Ben and had 3 sons Jayantilal who got married to Vijya ben, Prabhulal who got married to Narmada, Labhshankar who got married to Hariganga and also had 3 daughters Chandrabhaga who got married to Bhogilal, Sarju ben who got married to Shantilal and Rambha ben who expired at young age.
