YOGASAN 9 TO 12

9. Karnapidasan :

 

 

Advantages :

  • Stretches the low back.

Pre-caution :

  • People suffering from High / Low blood pressure should not do this asan.

10. Setubandhasan :

 

 

Advantages :

  • Makes elbow, wrist and triceps muscles strong.

Pre-caution :

  • Any person gone under any arm surgery should not do this asan.

11. Sarvangasan :

 

 

Advantages :

  • Helpful for people suffering of Rheumatic diseases or Gout.

  • A blessing for Seminal Disorders.

  • Blessing for people suffering from Thyroid, Para -Thyroid.

  • Helpful for people suffering from Varicose varicoseveins.

Pre-caution :

  • People suffering from High Blood Pressure, Low Blood Pressure, Heart Troubles, Pus in the ears, displaced Retina, Chronic eye diseases should not perform this asan.

  • Pregnant Ladies or ladies during Menstrual period should not perform this asan.

  • Children below the age of 10 years of age should not practice as it stops the natural growth.

  • People suffering from Cervical Spondylosis, Slip Disc, Back Pain, Shoulder Injury or Frozen shoulder should not do this asan.
12. Matsyasan in Padmasan :

     

    Advantages :

  • The pelvic joints are rendered more flexibility.

  • Due to the stretching of the neck, the thyroids are benefited.

  • The Spasm from the bronchial tubes are removed.

  • Will effect some relief for the Asthma patients.

  • The chest and the dorsal regions are well expanded and breathing becomes more full. As the lungs get stretched vertically as well as transversely the working capacity of the lungs increases.
Pre-caution :
  • Patients suffering from Kidney trouble, Nervous Disorders, Rheumatic Diseases or Gout, Osteoporosis and Cervical Spondylities should not practice this asan.
  • Knee Injury

  • People suffering from arthritis or gone through hip joint replacement should carefully perform this asan.
