2. Understanding above Rig Ved Mantras (Hymns) :

No.
Particulars
1.
By the above mantras we understand that Maruts are Sons of Rudra. Rudra is also known as Shiv and Shiv is none other than Adam, Thor, Indra, Mithra, Zeus, Ikshvaku, etc. as stated by Lieutenant Colonel Laurence Austine Waddell.
2.
Maruts were born on river Parushni (Euphrates) and gave water to thirsty Gautam / Gaudumu (Gu-udu-mu-mu) / Pu'annum / Pu-Annum.
3.
Maruts are incapable of being overthrown and are the over-throwers of mountains i.e. powerful enemies and yoked deer on their cars (chariots).
4.
Maruts gave water to thirsty Gautam / Gaudumu (Gu-udu-mu-mu) / Pu'annum / Pu-Annum.
5.
The Vedic Aryan Priests (Brahmins) had alliance with Maruts and the Maruts walked among pastures crowded with cattle. This shows that the Vedic Aryans were into also into farming and cattle herding.
6.
Maruts used to have deer with them and liberator of people who are in debt.

We now know that Maruts were born on Parushni (Euphrates) and that according to Sumerian King list Gautam / Gaudumu (Gu-udu-mu-mu) name is mentioned as Pu'annum / Pu-Annum. He was the 6th Sumerian King in the First Dynasty of Kish (after c 2900 B.C.) who ruled for 840 years (840 years does not mean ruled for 840 years rather it can also mean that his descendants ruled Kish for 840 years).

To understand where the incident happened where Maruts gave thirsty Gautam water first we need to know about Parushni (Euphrates)

3. Parushni (Euphrates) and Harran :

Parushni (Euphrates)

Harran

Harran

Harran :

Situated on the border between modern Syria, Turkey, and Iraq (and now part of south-eastern Turkey), far up the Euphrates, Harran was an early Mesopotamian city state founded in the mid-third millennium BC. It served as a religious centre, but the main reason for its early existence was its location on the trade route across northern Mesopotamia and down to Ur in the south.

The settlement that would become Harran began as a typical Halaf culture village established circa 6200 BCE as part of the spread of agricultural villages across Western Asia. From its location at the confluence of the Jullab and Balikh rivers it gradually grew in size until a period of rapid urbanization in the following Uruk period. During the Early Bronze Age (3000-2500 BCE) Harran grew into a walled city. The city-state of Harran was part of a network of city-states, called the Kish civilization, centered in the Syrian Levant and upper Mesopotamia.

Harran was a agriculture village and agriculture villages have pastures and cattles which proves Rig Ved Mandala 1, Sukt 86, Mantra (Hymn) 949.

Amorites in Harran :

Amorites lived in Harran. The rise of Harran closely mirrored the similar rise of its trade partners, Ebla, Ugarit, and Alalakh, in a process called secondary urbanization. Its life as a sovereign city-state came to an end when it was annexed into the Akkadian Empire and its successor, the Neo-Sumerian Empire. After the fall of Ur it was again independent for a time, until it was abandoned in the Amorite expansion in 1800 BC.

A rock crystal cylinder seal of the Early Dynastic I period in Mesopotamia (around 2800 BC) showing two ibex, a gazelle, an animal's leg and a fly

The above Sumerian Cylinder Seal around 2800 BC of Harran shows two ibex, a gazelle, an animal's leg and a fly.

It is to be noted that in Sanskrut language Gazelle is known as Deer. Harran means Deer in Gujarati language and Hiran in Hindi language. Gujarat and Hindi both originated from Sanskrut.

Gazelles can be identified by their curved, ringed horns, tan or reddish-brown coats and white rumps. Often, there are spots or stripes on their coats.

This proves Rig Ved Mandala 1, Sukt 85, Mantra (Hymn) 938, Rig Ved Mandala 1, Sukt 85, Mantra (Hymn) 938 and Rig Ved Mandala 1, Sukt 87, Mantra (Hymn) 960.

Hence, since Harran was part of a network of city-states, called the Kish civilization King Gautam / Gotama / Gaudumu (Gu-udu-mu-mu) / Pu'annum / Pu-Annum went to visit Harran where he was thirsty and was given water by Maruts / Amorite / Morite / Amurri / Amurru / Amurra or Martu.

The above shown Sumerian Cylinder Seal is around 2800 BC years old showing Harran by this we can know that the Rig Ved mantra (hymn) related to Gautam and Marut incident is atleast 2800 B.C. years old.
